PRACTICES EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 4:10-5:15 ON THE MOREY FIELDS 13TH AND EMERSON.
- All athletes are required to have a current doctor’s physical (within the last 12 months), and a parent permission/emergency contact form that you must to try out (link below). This form is also located on the athletic board outside the main office.

- English Parent Permission and Physical
- School-Based Healthcare Centers (FREE Physicals for DPS students)
If a student-athlete is selected for the traveling team there is a 25.00 athletic Pay-To-Play fee. Go to My School Bucks to pay, use the student email as a login.
